NC: Learn How Cotton is Make at Festival

Dunn, NC Exit 73 : The Touchstone Energy North Carolina Cotton Festival is held annually the first Saturday in November in recognition  to one of North Carolina’s prime agricultural products “cotton”.

November is peak season for cotton farmers and the festival offers free tours through the local cotton gin highlighting actual cotton production.

The event takes up more than 11 city blocks mainly on Broad Street, Wilson Avenue and Edgerton Street, featuring two stages of entertainment including a variety of music, a classic car show showcasing more than 100 cars, Karaoke ContestKiddie Land , crafts and food, and lots of  shopping opportunities throughout the festival.  Best of all, admission is FREE!
