Weehawken, NJ will be celebrating its 150th anniversary with a FREE ” Evening of Broadway” organized by the Hudson Riverfront Performing Arts Center. Singing and dancing through the career of one of their most famous residents, Jerome Robbins, talented Broadway choreographer and director, they will focus on some of the shows he made famous: West Side Story, Peter Pan, King & I, Gypsy, On the Town, Pajama Game, Fiddler on the Roof.
The cast of 21 singers and dancers will be led by two-time Emmy nominee Mary Testa who appeared in Guys and Dolls and Xanadu, and Sierra Boggess who played the lead roll of Ariel in Little Mermaid on Broadway.
