Shrimp & Grits: The Wild Georgia Shrimp Festival is a weekend celebration of two of Georgia’s most beloved foods – shrimp and grits.
The weekend features an amateur and professional shrimp & grits cooking competition, shrimp boat tours, cooking demonstrations, book signings, a large fine arts & crafts vendor village, live entertainment and a kid-friendly fun zone.
All activities and entertainment are set amongst the live oaks and historic homes of the Jekyll Island Club Hotel National Landmark Historic District.
