The Virginia Renaissance Faire happens on weekends from May 7 to June 5 and you can watch staged shows (fire eaters, jugglers belly, dancers, musicians) throughout the “shire” as well as interact with cast members throughout the day.
You can dress up and join in or just toddle around and watch weaving, potting, blacksmithing, etc.
