US: Modena, New York – Ice Cream’s Best Before Date/Time
Look at how insanely precise our food safety rules have become. This pinwheel ice cream sandwich from Carvel, not only has a best-before date, it has a best-before time. Will I get sick if I eat it at 4:59 pm? It’s ice cream – you couldn’t save it in the car and eat it later (3 months later) even if you tried to. Found at Modena New York State Travel Plaza Center at milepost 65 southbound on New York State Thruway.

US: Palm Beach, Florida – Donald Trump’s Mar-a-Lago Club
This is Donald Trump’s Mar-a-Lago Club in Palm Beach. You can normally not see it from the road due to the high hedges, but when Trump hosted a press conference here concerning his nomination, the hedges were trimmed, and we were able to get this view. It was originally built by Marjorie Merriweather Post.
US: Florida Space Coast Bi-Plane Rides
At the northeast corner of the Space Coast Regional Airport beside the Valiant Air Command Warbird Museum is this sign advertising bi-plane rides. We watched as this bi-plane coasted along the runway and rose into the air.
