PGA Historical Center In FL

The PGA Historical Center golf museum is the new home of the esteemed Ryder Cup trophy.

Visitors can stand next to the four major championship trophies and visualize what it would be like to hold them in the air.

Also in the historical center, is the PGA Center for Golf Learning.  This 35-acre world renowned facility has 100 hitting stations and features the MATT System (Motion Analyzing Technology)

The MATT  System uses MATT System (Motion Analyzing Technology) high-speed cameras to gather vital swing statistics and information and creates an animated, three-dimensional image that you can view from any angle. It also calculates your personal data-driven club recommendation.

The Probst Library is a center filled with information on golf. Named after Col. R. Otto Probst, a South Bend engineer who began collecting golf books. The library has over 6,000 hard-cover books, 3,000 handbooks, and 600 volumes of periodicals.

It also has the Scottish Acts of Parliament of 1566 which has the first reference to golf.
