MA: “Coolest” Place in Boston – Frost Ice Bar

MA, Exit 25 : Imagine experiencing the world’s largest permanent indoor ice bar, completely constructed and furnished out of blocks of ice. Frost Ice Bar entire surroundings, including an intricately carved bar, chandelier, seating, paintings, are all hand carved out of ice. Even the drinks are served in ice glasses that keep your drinks “chilled”.  The bar also features ice sculptures of Boston landmarks and historical figures, such the Swan Boats, the Zakim Memorial Bridge and Paul Revere.

In order to maintain that everything stays frozen, the bar is kept at a brisk 21 degrees Fahrenheit. With admission fee, guests are provided with insulated capes and gloves  to keep warm. The Frost Ice Bar offers a unique and fun experience, where children are welcome during the day, and becomes 21+ at 5 pm. No need to worry about frostbite, as visitors are limited to 45-minutes per visit.
