Stratton Leopold wanted to encourage patriotism amongst school children so he committed to a national ice cream event throughout the month of July.
Starting every July 1st and running throughout “National Ice Cream Month”, the “I Pledge Project” rewards children 12 and under across America for their patriotism by offering them a FREE ice cream cone just for reciting the Pledge of Allegiance by memory.
