SC: Sleep in a Caboose, a Trolley Car, Lodges or a Little Hansel and Gretel Cabin

Yemassee, SC Exit 33 (& US 17): You will understand why KOA Point South is the Winner of 2016 Campground of the Year once you stay with them and indulge in their award winning hospitality and service.

Even if you are not a camper, at this campground you can stay overnight in a converted caboose, a trolley car, a little Hansel and Gretel cabin or the 2 new Frank Lloyd Wright inspired lodges (sleep 6, AC & heat, and private bathroom).

You can reserve one of their full service KOA Deluxe Cabins with showers & linens, a kitchenette, 62 channels on large screen TV plus wifi. The caboose is actually sitting on train tracks and has a front and back platform. The pine cottage has a porch and wooden swing and just enough room for the beds. The trolley came here all the way from Charleston and is glass windowed, so you have the whole outside inside during the day, but can close the blinds at night.

Take advantage of the whole RV park with lakes, forests, pool, Mermaid Coffee House and Kamp K9; where you can unleash your four legged friend and let him roam throughout his own Kamp. Point South KOA has something for everyone in the family.
