Lost Cell Phone Charger

Tell me you haven’t done it yet – left your cell phone charger plugged into a wall in a motel or hotel? We have learned that chargers are now the item most often left in hotel rooms. Perhaps, if you call the hotel right away, they can pinpoint it and put it aside for you for when (or if) you are returning that way. Another thought, maybe you can ask at your next hotel to look into their “charger stash” to see if there’s one that will fit yours.
We had seen a great idea in our travels through China: hotels offered a cellphone charging machine in their lobby. We have been surprised that we had never come across one here – until – this last trip.
We stayed at the newly renovated Holiday Inn Melbourne-Viera Conference Center at Exit 191 FL where GM Samir Patel has a FREE charging machine in his lobby along with a few computers in an open area business center.

Okay we’ll admit that we lost our charger for the first time (but got it back) on this trip. We discovered that it only costs $9.95 to buy a new wall or car charger at one of the truck stops or even in many of the gas station convenience stores.
